- The Books Checkup is a diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online company and a 30-minute consultation. It is not an audit, a tax opinion or bookkeeping services.
- The health score and findings describe the data in your file as it stands on the day we read it.
- If you do not connect QuickBooks within 14 days we remind you and offer a refund.
- Fixing the issues we find is a separate engagement if you want our help.
